This involves history taking, assessment, and treatment planning performed via phone and in collaboration with office staff and clinicians. The candidate is expected to be a strong patient advocate who connects the patient to the care team, streamlining patient care and improving experience and outcomes.
Must have the ability to navigate an electronic health record. manage patient scheduling and intra-office communication software. Qualifications: Registered Nurse with 3 years of relevant work experience. Must be self-directed and able to work independently but interact and coordinate with all members of the patient care team as appropriate. The selected candidate will receive a pension plan with employer match.
